Live Streaming Functionality
Camera Intergration
Wall-E Bot’s vision is made possible by a compact, high-resolution camera. The camera feed is processed locally for basic object detection and environment mapping, while raw or partially processed video can be streamed to the cloud.
Smartphone or Laptop as Bridge
For live streaming to platforms like YouTube, a smartphone or a laptop is used as an intermediary:
Download the Program: Install required software on your laptop.
Connect USB Cable: Located in the camera bag. Use this to connect the camera feed to the laptop.
Install ESP32 Drivers: Make sure you have the second ZIP file with the correct drivers for the ESP32.
Livestream Setup: Point your chosen streaming app (e.g., OBS Studio) at the camera feed.
Configure Kick: Paste the stream key into your streaming software and broadcast the live feed of Wall-E Bot in action.
Powering Wall-E Bot
Wall-E Bot operates via USB-C power. By connecting Wall-E Bot to a laptop, operators can:
Provide consistent power for extended live demonstrations.
Simultaneously update firmware or AI modules.
Manage Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connectivity.
